Plain-English terms for work done by SAY uZ (ABN 36 749 232 626). Last updated 5 November 2026.

Quotes

Every quote is free. It covers the work described in it. If you ask for extra work, or the job turns out different to what was described, we quote the extra part and get your agreement before doing it.

Booking and access

We agree a date with you. Please make sure we can get into the yard or property on that day, and tell us about pets, locked gates or hazards. If you need to change the date, tell us as early as you can.

Payment

Payment terms are set out on your quote and invoice.

Council notices

We talk to the council officer and do the work to the standard the notice asks for, before the due date when it is booked in time. Council alone decides whether a notice is satisfied, so we cannot promise you will avoid a fine.

Your rights

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If you are unhappy with a job, call or email us and we will work to put it right.
